REFUND POLICY
We do not offer money back refunds.
Exchanges may be made under the conditions outlined under the 30 Day Exchange Policy.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.
Form of payment cannot be changed after purchase.
If item is received damaged or becomes damaged within 15 days of delivery, please refer to the 15 Day Damage Replacement Warranty/Policy.
30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
Purchased items are eligible to be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value during a period of 30 days which commences the day after your order has been delivered.
To exchange your order please email info@djuvaa.com with your order number and request to make an exchange. Please verify that the item desired for the exchange of equal or lesser value than the item originally purchased, and is in stock. (If no such items are available, then a store credit will be issued).
Exchanges for CANADIAN and CONTINENTAL U.S. customers:
Only 1 FREE exchange permitted per order. A free return shipping label will be sent via email once exchange request is approved.
Exchanges for INTERNATIONAL customers:
Customers will be required to pay the shipping fees in order to return their items for exchange.
ALL CUSTOMERS:
Exchange items will not ship out until our team has confirmed receipt of original purchase.
The items sent back must be clean, unworn and shipped with original packaging to be accepted.
Once customer has received approval for exchange, the return item(s) must be scanned for return shipping to DJUVAA within 5 business days, otherwise the desired exchange item will not be held and cannot be guaranteed.
15 Day - Damage Replacement Warranty/ Policy
If your item arrives damaged or is damaged within 15 days of delivery, we will gladly replace the item free of charge. If exact replacement is no longer in stock, an item of equal value may be selected or a store credit may be issued.
In order to place a claim for damaged item replacement, please email info@djuvaa.com within the aforementioned 15 day period, including an image of the damaged item, order number and request for replacement.
