Djuvaa's Sterling Silver is the industry standard of 92.5% Sterling Silver and 7.5% Copper to enhance luster, strength and durability. Djuvaa's gold jewelry starts with a Sterling Silver base and is then double gold plated with 18k gold. All of our jewelry is nickle-free, lead-free, and sensitive skin friendly.

At present we do not accept custom orders but stay tuned as we will be in the future.

All our orders come with our custom Djuvaa polishing cloth specially designed to clean our jewelry. It is recommended to gently rub jewelry with this cloth to remove any debris or moisture after every use. Storing jewelry in the Djuvaa velvet pouch and/or box provided with your purchase will help prevent tarnish. For more details on cleaning and storage please see Care Instructions.

All of our rings are adjustable, which means they have an opening at the back. We also offer them in two size options which cover a wide range of different sizes. S/M option fits ring sizes 5 - 8 (approximately) while the L/XL option fits ring sizes 9-12 (approximately).

On orders outside of Canada, additional customs fees MAY be charged to you as these are determined by local government agencies in the receiving country. IF customs fees are incurred, the customer is responsible for payment of these charges.

Processing time is 2-3 days. Once order is processed, shipping times vary on location, however estimated shipping times are below: Within Ontario, Canada: 1-3 Business Days Within Canada (outside of Ontario): 2-6 Business Days Continental USA: 5-10 Business Days International Shipping can vary greatly between 3 and 10 weeks. For Canada and the Continental USA, orders over $100 USD ship for FREE and $10 USD Flat Rate is charged on orders $0 - $99. For International Orders, there is a $20.00 Flat Rate fee for STANDARD shipping. Express delivery options will vary depending on location and can be determined at checkout based on shipping location. We only accept returns as a result of damage or as part of an exchange. Even in these circumstances, returns must be approved and initiated within the time periods specified in our Returns/Exchange Policy.
